Beautiful people everywhere. Visits from two different Quebec couples today. Fingers crossed for some kiting with Rémi next weekend 🤞
Wonderful, meandering dialogue with Mark today. We circled Victoria park for a while and then settled down on this bench under the sun.
Sometimes I’ll leave a simple loop link this on repeat for an hour or two while I work, read or write. I just discovered Splice.com today, and pulled a few samples together to create this relaxing beat.
I bought my Fujifilm X100T back from Marcus (met through Craigslist in Dec 2020) this Saturday. Every photo that popped up in Apple Photos taken with the Fuji made me nostalgic for it.
Took a bunch of photos that evening with Sandie in English Bay, and a few on Sunday in Squamish with Nat and Coleman.

I’ve been experimenting with Ableton Push 2 and have an idea for an interactive pocast that integrates the Open Dialogue A.I.
In a way, each listener is the guest on each episode. And they have a way to connect with me through the A.I.
I’m uploading an mp3 here just to see what the audio interface looks like.

This is for anyone who’s feeling stuck, or has felt stuck in the past (i.e. you and everyone you’ve ever met).
If you feel stuck, _you are only stuck in your thinking_—your beliefs.
If you expose your limiting beliefs and truly get that they are just beliefs (not the Truth), you will immediately liberate yourself.
The moment you discover a belief that has been holding you back and creating unnecessary stress, you feel lighter.
In a split-second you can transcend what you were convinced was a barrier. You instantly reconnect to the sense of possibility that is inherent in the present moment.
You are free to create again.
So, what are you creating in your work and your life right now? Are you making today your masterpiece, as Staffan Rydin says?
If not, how come?
What’s on your mind?
What conditions are you placing on your ability to move forward, to create, to serve, to simply be happy?
Johnson is excited about the ChatScript-Telegram project and offered a few hours of his time next Monday to lead me through a crash course on Node.js
He suggested I go through this Introduction to JavaScript course on Code Academy before then.
Super energized about this! Time to dial in.
Hoping to hear back from Mark, as well. Maybe he’ll be open to babysitting me while I learn to code, as well.
